I.K.A. MISSION STATEMENT
To bring together Isshinryu
Black Belts from the Isshinryu Karate-do Association and the Michigan Masters
Group and Okinawan Karate Clubs and other interested parties for the purpose of camaraderie, practice and demonstration of Isshinryu Karate and related arts
and to provide a venue to assist future teachers of Isshinryu to maintain
standards as taught by Tatsuo Shimabuku, Don Nagle, A. J. Advincula, Dr.
Kenneth Pittaway, and others held in high Esteem by the participants.
